Without a doubt this is the Civic Association's biggest event. 

 We will host the Carnival on Saturday, October 31st, 2026 from 5:00-8:00pm.  It takes a team of volunteers the day prior and the entire day of,  to decorate the April Sound Country Club Tennis Center. Committees within the community volunteer to man booths resulting in lots of fun, games, prizes and candy for the children.   The always popular Cake Walk always is in need of cupcakes, cookies and brownies!
